The item is heavy as there are many parts to it and the&nbsp;vendor&nbsp;said he would need to send it in 2 parcels by ground postage which could take 6 to 8 weeks to get here.He also said that there is no tracking number or insurance &nbsp;that he knows of. The amount for the item including postage is about $1000. Would I be able to make a claim through PayPal if item not received,damage etc or 1 parcel gets lost. The&nbsp;vendor&nbsp;has been around since 2005 has 100% positive feedback for 78 items.
