I recently bought a quantity of items from a seller on EBay USA totaling near $2100.00. The individual items had a postage value of approx $58.00 per item and the inital price for postage was $1100.00 approx. I requested a combined postage fee and that came in at $495.00. The total weight of the items was around 25kg ( so I assumed that the postage cost was what it was and did not doubt the seller ) The items arrived poorly packaged and jammed into three UPS Large Flat Rate boxes each with a postage value and total fees of $77.95 giving a combined total of approx $230.00 to ship all the items. That left an excess postage fee of $265 dollars which I believe the seller pocketed at my expense. The items were all small and easily handled and considering I spent nearly $2000.00 one would think it only fair that I should not be ripped on postage or charged what appears to be a $265 handling fee. What is the best way of handling this complaint please, Thank you in anticipation, Mark

Contact the seller and see what they say.

But there is very little you can do other then 1 DSR when you leave feedback where applicable.

But wait and see if they reply and what they will do

before you leave feedback.
