It was an unusual transaction as the seller got some of the paypal fees, but the other half went to a third party transport company (Pitney Bowles) after eventually getting that sorted, I have been trying to find some information on the shipping. I send the seller a question via ebay item not received and he is now getting ancy saying that he will loose the money, I wll get the item, last time he is selling to overseast etc etc. I cannot find any info for a tracking number, he cant give me a tracking number, said item was shipped to Tennesee for a 2nd party shipper...... Paypal has no info on the transaction and does not even have a contact for the company (Pitney Bowles) who have recieved the freight payment....</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have done some googling and it appears that the global shipping program offered by ebay is a nighmare.
