Tracking Info Emails

In C&S does everyone tick on the box to receive for tracking emails (to the buyer & yourself) for the parcels U post? Or without C&S, go in online & subscribe to tracking emails?

I just noticed in the email I got this morn (was only trackable) that AP is evidently trying to 'pull up their socks' with:

'Current Photo Proof of identity and address will be required to collect your item'.

Maybe we should ask that the parcels be left at the PO, so the buyer has to show ID !!!

I wasn't happy when they wrote 'A postal awaiting collection card may also have been left for this item' (without the bold type).

What does everyone think?

By the way, delivery was 5 days from southern Vic to Noosa area Qld.
