    <description>&lt;P&gt;have just won a &amp;nbsp;item with one bid 10 pounds great price post cost was set at 15 pounds international post but have just recieved email from seller with a new post cost of 56pounds 19 &amp;nbsp; isn't there rules about chargeing to much for post i get the feeling he is trying to recoop the low selling price were do i go to put in complaint &amp;nbsp;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
