    <description>&lt;P&gt;If an item has "$7 eBay Postage (eBay Australia Post Flat Rate 500g satchel)" in the postage information, does that item have to be posted in a satchel, and am I entitled to a refund if that item is posted simply wrapped in paper and a plastic bag, and arrives damaged?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
