I brought an item from OZHOMEWARES an ebay store here. Was stated that it would be sent via Australia Post with a signiture. My item was never delivered to my address whether through driver having delivered it to incorrect address or theft from driver.

Regardless, when i was given the tracking number by OZhomewares it wasnt by australia post but a courier company who have said they are not responsible because their paperwork was marked to be left WITHOUT signiture.

Ozhomewares refuse to refund me or resend the items they say its not their responsibilty i have to chase it through the driver and that its under the courier companies insurance. Courier company have said they have insurance ONLY for items needing signiture, its void if its marked to be left.

when i emailed OZ about this they replied "calm down ...its not like we get them to leave it on the street or anything....."

frustrating to have to to only communicate through email where it seems the person in charge is an imbecile.

anyone else have this problem.
