Hi,

I ordered an item on ebay, but I was sent the incorrect product. So I have asked and been approved for a refund.

However the RMA (Return address) is in England and it states that it would be free postage. ...But, when I took the box to post the product with this address to Australia Post they will not send the item and say it is only free postage in England and it would cost $60 to send it back (more than what I paid for the item). I don't know how to return or get refunded the item when I don't want to pay more than what it cost to ship it back.

I can't get in touch with the buyer now because the message keeps saying it is waiting for me to post and give them a tracking number

I don't know what to do, but I would like my refund

Any help please???
