    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've received an email from ebay saying I paid an excess of $15.80 for postage and will be refunded, and an email from PayPal saying I've overpaid the same amount and I can use the amount for future purchase, transfer to my bank..... I never click on liks in emails and have just deleted them....is this a scam?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
