Hi everyone,

I have searched high and low for an answer to this before posting. So here is the problem and why I am seeking a solution. Australia Post is hopeless and getting worse with standard delivery. I sell bearings that quite often customers purchase in small quantities, I offer free postage which is regular post and is built into the price. I offer Express Post as a 2nd option. My eBay customers are selecting Express post less than 10% of the time. On my website I offer the same postage options yet 90% of my website sales select Express Post.

We are having delays of sometimes 2 weeks before customers are receiving their items via regular post and other items are disappearing all together. I would scrap the free delivery option except eBay prioritises it in rankings and we would definitely lose sales, the only thing I would like to do which we have done on our website is to make the option more prominent. Can anybody suggest anything?
