I have contacted the seller (from the U.S while I am in Australia), their response was that they have listed it as a flat rate of shipping at $7.00 USD, when I look at the item it is $39.43 USD. I am assuming that this is because of the Global Shipping Program. I am happy to pay the higher rate as that is what I was expecting to pay, however there is no way I can figure out how to update the postage costs.
