Your websites are USELESS not very user friendly.

Cannot get simple answer. Received this number It seems like a tracking number UPAAA000000214208454 with no instructions or websites etc.

I tried UPS it comes up with not in system.

I cannot contact Paypal if they are part of your company I can understand why their website is also absolutely useless.

You cannot email anyone and when I enter this number nothing comes up totally useless.

Would anyone please respond with the details of my shipment and advise where I can track this item.

Where is it it should have arrived by now.
