Question Problem Scanning of eBay-Generated Post Label in Packaging & Shipping

I used eBay Create Postage Label for the first time today: Created the label, printed it out at Officeworks, and took to to Australia Post. Except, Australia Post wasn't able to scan both the barcode and 3D barcode. Australia Post staff told me to go and reprint another one because it looks like the barcode is too close together. They can enter the tracking number into the system, but the subsequent scans won't show up (including Delivered scan).

Long story short, I ended up taking out the eBay-generated label from my parcel and paying an additional $7.95 for Australia Post to generate another label and tracking.

I looked up information about printing the labels on eBay, but could not find any detailed specifications regarding printing. I'm wondering if anyone have encountered this issue in the past and have any special tips on how to print these labels? I noticed that the barcode and 3D barcode is an image (I noticed some aliasing around the barcodes compared to the sharp edges on the customer address).

Thank you in advance.
