I ordered cam solid lifters, package delivered badly damaged and parts missing.

HI,

I ordered a box of 16 solid lifters, the package was delivered badly damaged and opened with 3 parts missing.

I have been advised to open a claim thru ebay since it was shipped under the ebay global shipping program to be handled thru them.

Can you please advise how we go about this as I require the other 3 missing parts

Just to add this package travelled to 24 stops prior to delivery.

I have 4 photo's to add but can only add one
