When Parcel arrived the postage on it was only $23.30 plus tracking $1.55. When I queeried the extra $7.15 charged he replied "costs that contribute to handling costs such as getting a bus to the post office, purchasing packaging tape etc and the time involved". The items were packed in an old disposable nappy box wrapped in brown paper.
