Were you using the app when it showed free postage? (a very common glitch/error with the app is that it shows free postage when it is not)

Was it free postage to your location?

Was it 'free pickup' rather than free postage

Is the seller actually asking/telling you they want postage money

And have you communicated with the seller?

If you were looking at a listing overseas, they will often show free postage within their country but is not free Internationally.

You need to select the postage section in the listing to see the costs to Australia.
