How do I get a refund on a postage under false item location

Brought an item from goodguys. Item location lited as was Melbourne Vic. Postage to Townsville was $110.82.

Noticed on postage tracking item was coming from Townsville. Rang the Townsville store and was informed if the items is located in a local store they will deliver from that store. Pickup was also not offered.

Was told to contact seller in regards to postage. Was informed it is ebay who sets postage.

I feel it is fruad to charge postage at that rate for a local devlivery that I could of click and collected if it was available.

How do I contact ebay and ask for a return.
