Question Request total from seller. in Packaging & Shipping

Ebay asks that I request updated invoice, which includes a freight component but I have to commit to buy and submit request at the same time. Surely if the freight component is unreasonable I should not have to make a committment to buy. How do I resolve this.

The item in question is

BENCH TOP ROUTER 1500w motor (HAFCO) Part No.: hf-50 Order No.: W846
