Prepaid postage overseas

I have a buyer in Beijing, China whohas prepaid postage and when I try to print a label I get "please enter valid state/territory" & "please enter valid post code" have contacted the buyer but whatever combination I try same blockage.

Are you sure the buyer is not trying to put one over on you?

Especially as you are newer to selling and have had some expensive items sold?

You can't print labels through eBay for International postage. You will need to go through Australia Post. I hope you charged for International postage, not domestic.

If you didn't, unless the item is worth significantly more than the additional postage, I would cancel. Use the reason 'Something wrong with buyer's address'.
