Local Post Office Will Not Approve Postage As Address Is "Weird"

I think this is the right discussion section for this...

Anyway, a guy from Sweden as won a bidding auction for something I had up on Ebay.

Upon arriving at my local P.O they said they can't ship to the address as its in complete foreign, some dumb language I assume is sweedish (don't know don't care to be honest) without seeing confirmation from the buyer that it IS the correct shipping address.

Has Auspost done this before?

Anyway the main problem is the buyer won't respond to any of my messages.

I don't know if the guy can speak english or what, so what options do I have??

I am hoping to keep his money for wasting my dam time! Dam foreigner.

You have posted in the answer centre, not on the discussion boards.

Refund and cancel the transaction. (less the fees you won't be credited)

It is not permissible to retain the funds without supplying the goods.
