ebay says seller is responsible for parcel arriving on time to destination --how can we do that

If parcels are arriving late then extend you handling time but still send ASAP.

Send with tracking and ship (over counter) within your handling time. That way you have fulfilled your shipping obligations and it does not matter, if or when the item arrives.
