How to contact Global Shipping Program

I'm in Australia and have received a tracking notification regarding an item I purchased from the USA saying "undeliverable item, item restricted". I've been told to contact GSP, but have no clue where to find this information. Any help please? Thank you!

No point contacting anybody.

eBay haven't used Pitney Bowes for a while, and I believe their current setup is called eis.

If you haven't been refunded, open an item not received case.

The GSP is a law unto itself. If they say they won't send, they won't send. Period.

As has been said, there is no point

If you have purchased something that has been deemed restricted, that's the end of the story

Was it something from the herbs seller?

Did you check first if you were allowed to bring it into the country/your state from The USA?
