How do I add another item to an invoice?

I listed an item on auction and offered a second chance to another bidder - this bidder has accepted and asked if I had a further item which I did and agreed to sell to her. She asked me to update her invoice (which has not yet been sent).

- when I try to "add another" and recalculate it just goes back to original total. I've also tried to recalculate first and then add another but the same thing happens. I can't find any other way to make this change even though the top of the invoice states that I can make changes. Please help - this is my first experience in selling on ebay 😐

You can`t add extra items to the invoice, you need to list the additional item as a Buy it Now, fixed price item so she can purchase it outright, once she does you can then combine both on the same invoice, when you edit the postage, do not click on recalculate, as that just reverts back to the original price.
