Sold Items Not Picked Up.

On 12th August I sold a Half Moon Barley Twist Table and then on 21st August I sold to the same buyer a Used Child's Wardrobe. I have sent a number of emails to the buyer and received some back organizing a time for pick up to then cancel at the last minute (4 times I believe). The items haven't been paid for as the transactions were "cash on pick up". The last conversation was on Friday 6th September where I was told that this past week would be pick up. Didn't hear a word back re day or time. I then sent an email on Friday 13th September saying to contact me and that I wanted the items gone by the end of next week. Haven't heard anything so I now wish to put the items up for sale again. I think 6 weeks is ample time given.
Want to abide by the ebay rules so would like to know what to do next?
