I am trying to upload a document in .pdf format to the listing description. the items I sell are a bit technical and some instructions on the listing would help my buyers. How do I upload a document to the listing ?

You would need to upload the pdf to a file sharing site and then add the link to your listings. Or you could create a custom page in your store and add a link in the listings to the page.
