Buyer complains lamp wasn't pink, she presumed it was pink and stated she didn't read description or title which clearly stated 3 times it was white.<BR />Buyer did chargeback staying item severely not as described!!!! It was exactly as described, just she never bothered to read it!!!<BR />and PayPal found in her favour !!!! They didn't listen to a word I had to say it actually check the facts!<BR />Anyway, they are now refunding my money to her, lucky me wasted expensive postage cost for her lack of reading as well, just to really make my day.<BR />My question is.... I spent 90 minutes packing that parcel to her, it's very breakable. I am not holding my breath that she takes same care with return packaging, she appears a dimwit. What if my item is returned broken??? I have zero faith in paypal in this matter, do I end up $175 out of pocket, and a broken item????<BR />Thanks!!
