Buyer made Best Offer of $13.05 for shoes I had listed at BIN $12.00. I accepted, wrote to her and said I will send shoes with $1.05 in new stamps to refund the 1.05 she overpaid. She paid the $6.95 for postage when she paid making a total of $20.00 to paypal.

She is now accusing me of changing the so called FREE postage after the (Auction which it never was) ended. She wanted a refund which I have done immediately. How do I go about reporting her to Ebay as she is basically saying I have gone about fraudulent activity.

Why did you refund her? There is no way an offer of more...

Why did you refund her?

There is no way an offer of more than the buy now price would even go through as the buyer would be told to enter an amount the same or less than the buy now price.

I would say she has done the bid from her phone and there is often issues with that App.

There is nothing to report her for and if she leaves neg feedback call ebay to get it removed as they can see on the listing exactly what was there.

Assume you have not sent the shoes so relist them and add her to your blocked bidder list.
