Email titled payment & Checkout

I sold two items 1 day apart to the same buyer. Sent invoice for 1st item OK.

went to send invoice for 2nd item.

It now shows total for both items on it but it won't send the invoice to the buyer.

An email from the buyer titled Payment & Check out is in the Inbox just what does this mean??

What do I have to do to send the Invoice?

What do have to do in responce to the email??
