Seeking to understand how someone can have a feedback score of 6 (100%) however 4 out of the 6 comments say item was not paid for and no communication? How is it that they are allowed to continue to bid and the feedback is not negative. Havent come across this before. All transactions in the last month.

Sellers cannot leave neg feedback and haven't been able to for years.

It is against policy to leave a false pos and those comments can be removed.

This is a common case of sellers not having read up on procedures for unpaid items.

ebay now have the strike system instead of sellers negs. Much more direct as 2 or more strikes on an account and the buyer cannot bid or buy from sellers with blocks.

If those sellers had issued strikes instead it would have stopped the buyer from being a serial non payer.

I urge everyone to read the rules of ebay or come here and ask.

We can usually always stear members in the right direction.
