More Listings wanted

Hi ,I sent an email requesting to have more listings in my store 2 days ago I got a very short and sweet response saying to ring a number and heres a code number ,well I just tried to ring that number and apparently the code expires after 15 minutes ,,what?? well that was impossible to do , so Im back again asking for help here ,Im 1/2 way thru the month and cant list anything else till 1st of march ..and Id like to know why I cant raise my limit ? I tried the phone thing and Im talking to a recording ..Im not impressed with this treatment ,Im trying really hard to do the right thing by you guys all the time and learning at the same time , its not fair that u can stop me from reaching my max listings for 2 weeks of the month ,I was just starting to make a tiny bit for myself and you ,s and I get stifled like this ..WHY? if Im only going to be able to list things for a partial time every month dont you think thats a tad frustrating when I have a pile of clothes surrounding me ,Im a breast cancer sufferer ,its my hobby ,my little bit of earnings and an outlet for me to buy things for myself and my daughter ,I dont understand all the rules and regulations ,it does my head in trying to get somewhere with you guys when u have witheld payments from me in the start ,charge your fees ,decide how many listings Im allowed whenever you bloody well feel like it !! The phone didnt work and dont ask me to do that again ,why cant you just raise my limit on here seeing u can do everything else without verifying nothing with me !!

ps I hope this is resolved in the next day or so ,and I cant see why it cant be resolved as soon as you read this ,because next time you ask me to give you feedback it may not be so kind and conciderate . .I know Im a nobody with a small amount of money made for yous ,but does it warrent treating me like ,,i dont know ,, but its not great and Im upset over this ,Im back in hospital this week ,having this store is the best thing thats happened to me in a couple of decades ,I realise its no skin off anyone elses nose ,but I expected a little better treatment and kudo,s for how good ive done so far and just want to spread my wings a bit more to keep me busy an my mind occupied with something positive for a change but that all has changed now . especially if I just have to wait till march to list more . Im done .. check my reviews ,whatever .. I only want what I thought I was paying for ,200 listings .

Wendy, keep on keeping on. I would encourage you to continue. We all learn something new as we navigate our eBay journeys.
