When does Ebay get their commission?

Is it when the buyer deposits the funds into Paypal?

Paypal take their commission immediately the money is deposited

eBay invoice you once a month for their commission on all sales (paid or not paid). eBay send you an invoice and deduct from your c/card or paypal (whatever you set up), on a given date, usually about 10 days after invoice date.

if you dont get paid by the buyer you need to open a dispute for Non Payment to get your fvf commission reversed.
