Can I just open a store and sell my own clothes and shoes (as I have a quantity to see) ?

Personally I would not open a store straight away to sell second hand clothes and shoes. As a new seller you will be restricted in the number of items you list so most of the store fee would be wasted. I have never found store format very good for second hand clothes, very difficult to judge the right BIN price, I sell new items in my store but have another id where I list secoond hand items at auction. I would list in that way to start with then once you have sold enough to get your limit raised you could think about a store
