    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All, can anyone help me please. I've recently sold a frigile (pyrex glassware) items to USA. Parcel and items have arraived damaged. The items were packed properly in multy-layred bubble wrap, but &amp;nbsp;the parcel was not insured as there was no buyers request for it. What steps should i take now to resolve the problem?
