I have a question about the Title list name.

We sell a leather case cover for iphone 5 and more. We write down on the description it is a high quality PU leather. Should we need write the "PU leather" on the title heading?

The more the buyer is informed the less possibilities for problems and negs.

Yes I would also put it in the title as it will make it easier for buyers searching.
