Question Misuse of eBay Money Back Guarantee in Selling on eBay

Hi

I have this terrible case filed by a buyer under eBay Money Back Guarantee. She didn't want a dress she ordered and intentionally ripped the Brand New dress and filed a damaged case. Ebay made a decision in favour of buyer which means as a seller I have to pay both way postages and refund the money.

I am shocked that this buyer would do such nasty things to send item back. I am also terribly sad that a beautiful brand new Tory Burch dress was ripped.

I can't attached a photo due to large size and it shows error when I tried to attach. The dress was terribly ripped on the side.

Could anyone please give me some advice? How can I appeal to ebay on this case?

Thanks
