      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;If as you say in the comments the buyer is opening an INAD case, then yes, the chances are you'll lose the case with eBay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best to offer a refund with return postage refunded, after the return of the item in the original condition, otherwise eBay will probably force you to do just that - though they will take the original sale price with postage first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
