store name URL

I've recently changed my eBay username and my store name, but the URL has not changed. I found some old email thread https://community.ebay.com/t5/My-Account/Store-Name-URL-Won-t-Change/td-p/23611443/page/3

in there the advice was to revert back to the old store, from then on things should work, but I cannot find where and how do I do it? Can anyone help? All header links in my store (About us, contact us, etc) are broken becuse the URL is pointing tothe wrong store.
