Sold an iTunes gift card, previously did this and provided code with no problems. This purchaser is saying issues with code and if not fixed wants a refund. No issue with this but how do I know this is not a scam to have the card value and get a refund? Asked for a screenshot of the error code and have provided a copy of iTunes code. If give refund and itunes voucher has been claimed we are out of pocket...any thoughts

Did you post the card to the buyer? If so you need to get it back before you issue a refund. You need to ascertain whether it has been used.

There is nothing the buyer can do though as there is no paypal protection for Gift Cards of any type.
