How do I refund a client who has sent me payment via paypal?

How do I withdraw an item from sale when it is sold already?

What do I owe ebay for the sale (it was sold privately).

This refers to an item which I offered for sale - a DX7 Synthesiser.

Log into PayPal and next to the transaction is a refund button.

You don't have anything listed.

You would need to do a cancellation to get the fee credited back but seeing as the buyer paid already I think the buyer needs to accept the mutual cancellation. If they don't, no fee credit.
