Question Australia Post damaged the product in Selling on eBay

I have had a buyer open a dispute. He received it, but the envelope was damaged and product wasn't in it, which he even says looks like Australia Post did it, but wants a refund.

How do I resolve this? I don't want to refund him as I have supplied the product. He understandably doesn't want to pay for something he didn't get.

Mail wasn't registered..
