    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am only a small seller mostly DVD's, I try to make sure that as soon as the buyer has paid I get their Items off to them, either the same day or the next. I describe my Items accurately&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; take special care when packing, I also keep in touch with the Buyer by letting them know that their Items are on the way. I was leaving feedback straight away for the buyer, but found that I had to chase them to leave feedback for me. Don't get me wrong the majority of my buyers are great &amp;amp; I show that with the feedback I leave, however there are at present a few who will answer me if I ask if they have received their Items, but then won't leave feedback&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="womansad" class="emoticon emoticon-womansad" src="https://community.ebay.com.au/i/smilies/16x16_woman-sad.png" alt="Woman Sad" title="Woman Sad" /&gt; is anybody else having this problem &amp;amp; if so what are you doing about it? I would really like some feedback (lol) I understand that feedback is optional, does that apply to the seller as well? Any comments welcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jackie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Feedback is voluntary for both buyers and sellers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Similarly if you go to a restaurant and eat, some diners will log into their google account and leave a review, others don't even know google review exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within the last year I have had more buyers that have not left any feedback at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would say my buyer feedback rate was around 80-90% and now probably around 60%.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not concerned about getting any feedback, only if there is a problem but I under-describe my items and always pack them really well. So I am confident all is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would never chase anyone for feedback, it's up to them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I mostly only leave feedback after the buyer has. My reason for doing so is that all reminders of a transaction disappear in selling once the seller has posted and left feedback. It is my way of keeping a tab on whether an item potentially hasn't arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also means if a buyer turns out to be unreasonable, I haven't given them anything positive on their account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No feedback is better than when they leave you three stars for postage time, when it was posted within an hour. Three stars for postage cost of $2 when I supplied the padded envelope.&amp;nbsp; I now put a note in with each parcel, explaining that it is important to me to know that the item has arrived safely and they are happy with it, please take a moment to leave feedback to let me know. I know others aren't concerned about receiving feedback, but it worries me that if not received, they can come back in 60 days ? or is it 90 days now? and complain about something wrong with the product, which they have probably caused themselves in this time, and then leave a negative feedback.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
