    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent a wrong item by an honest mistake and when the buyer informed me about it I apologised for it and sent her the correct one straight away. But before trying to resolve this matter with me she gave me a negative feedback which still stays there. Whom should I contact to ask for correcting this unfair negative feedback?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can somebody help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
