How to change my settings to remove instant payment?

I can't find where is the payment preferences to remove instant payment.

It should be in your payment policy.

A small box to be ticked or unticked.

Called 'Immediate Payment Required'.

But if you want to retain IPR to eliminate non-payers, then buyers can add items to the cart and request a total from you before completing checkout.

I checked, it wasn't ticked. the buyer still can't pay for the 5 books she has in her cart, she tried to say she'll pay by Bank transfer, she could do only 2 at the time. When I tried to send a revised invoice, it said she had paid for them but didn't. Not sure what's happening as we used to combine postages all the time. Thanks for your reply
