Question Ebay Help in Selling on eBay

Has anyone actually been able to email Ebay when there is a problem. I got a message that an item had been sold and paid when it was no longer available? I am wondering if this is some sort of scam because when I attempted to get in touch with the 'so-called buyer' it would come up?

eBay email is simply an automated bot service

Useless for helping with anything, the times there is a response, it is a generic reply based on key words

eBay have often times 'relisted' long sold items

I am not sure about what you experienced when trying to contact the buyer

But if you do really want to contact eBay, so to 'eBay Help' at the top of any page and scroll down

Better yet, hopefully someone here who has experienced a similar issue recently can advise you

There have been reports of eBay relisting items that sellers had previously sold.

Assuming the item sold on eBay.

There is nothing eBay can or will do; just cancel the order with the reason that is most advantageous to you. Hint: Problem with buyer's address.
