    <title>Question Item Removed &amp;quot;Policy Violation&amp;quot; in Selling on eBay</title>
    <link>https://community.ebay.com.au/t5/Selling-on-eBay/Item-Removed-quot-Policy-Violation-quot/qaq-p/2575773</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I recently added an item to sell and today I noticed that EBAY removed my item and labeled the item as a policy violation.&amp;nbsp; The item is&amp;nbsp;2024 Autel MaxiIM KM100 IMMO Key Fob Pro-grammer Immobilizer Tool Key Creation. I was browsing and came across this item being sold by many other sellers and one seller actually made $178,600. It's listed at $470 and they have sold 380 units. I wanted to jump on that wagon so I listed my item the same exact way in detail as the other sellers listings. I spoke to Ebay about this And they highly suggested, I do not relist the item. I also brought up the other, many, many sellers that are making a lot of money off of this particular item. So my question is, Why are certain sellers allowed to sell items that others are not allowed to?&amp;nbsp; So not only are sellers allowed to capitalize on certain items, These sellers are also high, ranked rated sellers on EBAY. Am I just missing something? I don't get it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
