Adding packing costs to an invoice

OK I give in. I am trying to send an invoice for an item I just sold. In the invoice screne it allows me (well it says it does) to add or subtract a charge or discount on the invoice. Before I beat my head against the eBay brick wall how do I do this? Every time I pit an amount into the box it just ignores me and resets it to $0.00.

The cost of packing should be included in the advertised postage price.

To enter the postage costs to the invoice add the amount in the space provided for postage and then send.

Do not click on recalculate.

You can preview first is you want to to.

Thanks to you both. This is the second time sparklz has helped me out.

I was hitting the recalculate button as to me that is the obvious and logical thing to do. I should have remembered it was eBay I was dealing with, no logic involved in their world!
