Turbo lister question - please help

Hi, I'm new to ebay selling, I really hope someone can help me.

I'm based in Australia, and preparing to open a store on ebay Australia.

I'm using Turbo Lister to catalogue my items. I would like to sell my items as Fixed Price, both domestically and internationally.

However, when I go to select a postage method for international transactions, nothing happens.

But if I change my selling mode to "Auction," then select an international postage method, it works.

But I don't want to auction my items, I want to sell them as Fixed Price, and I definitely want to sell internationally as well as domestically.

Why am I having this frustrating problem?

I understand that a new seller needs at least 6 positive ratings, I've accrued 8 as a buyer of ebay goods, so that can't be the problem..

Why is this restriction happening?

PLEASE help, I would be most appreciative.
