      <description>&lt;P class="mce-p"&gt;Either go direct to the resolution centre, or via report a problem,&amp;nbsp; proceed as if you were filing a dispute for non payment, but you will see the option to "mutually cancel the transaction" proceed from there,&amp;nbsp; a request is sent to the buyer to which they need to formally agree,&amp;nbsp; so make sure they are aware of this.&amp;nbsp; Once they confirm their end, your fees are credited and you are both free of obligation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
