Today, i realized it DID NOT WORK! I had several non-payers who won items more than $300 worth each, so i had peace of mind that when my 24 days that i specified in assistant pass, they will get a strike and i will get my seller fees. NOT AT ALL! I double-checked, the assistant is on, but NO UNPAID CASES OPEN!
