Closing NPB after payment made. What happens?

I would just like to know what actually happens when I do close the NPB - as in when the buyer has made payment.

Will there still be a strike issued against the buyer?

I am giving her the benefit of the doubt on this.

This is only the 2nd time I have had to lodge one of these (success- I hope! this time round).

No there will be no strike issued if she paid and you closed the dispute by clicking on that option. If you closed saying she did not pay, she would have got strike, and if she paid later, you can go back to the item and have the strike removed by informing eBay she paid.
